The picture that shows the welcome screen is how you will receive the computer, as it has been wiped and restored to factory settings. (The picture that shows OS X El Capitan is just to show the computer stats). This was my Moms computer and she used it for very light use to pay bills online and sync music. Now retail she does this on her iPad, so we are selling the laptop. The usb ports have been used recently, but we have not ever used the other ports so we cannot attest to them although we have no reason to think they would not work.
