It says size 4 but she wore it from when she was in a 3T all the way till she was wearing a size 4 little girls. My granddaughter finally grew out of it after that. There is some fabric bleed on the collar but in otherwise excellent used condition. retail Fabric is 50% cotton/50% polyester. This dress is on a greenish blue background. The flowers are magenta, white, pink, lavender and periwinkle. White piping is around collar and breast. Four functional cream colored buttons on the front. Dimensions upon request.
