This is such a cute short black wool blend jacket. It is tagged Guess, Y2K era. It has big bell sleeves and two buttons with a matching buckled belt with attached belt loops. So many ways to wear this, over a turtleneck, or a white button down with jeans, pencil skirt or go full Victorian revival with a long skirt. The jacket is lined and in excellent condition.
