Sandwich Glass Co. threaded bowl and underplate from the 1880s. A lovely medium turquoise blue, with slight opalescence and a lovely bell tone retail. Ruffled edge on both pieces. Indicative of hand blown nature, a slight rise in bottom of plate allows bowl to “wobble” when resting on plate. Size: Plate approx 5.5” diameter, cup/bowl approx 3” diameter Condition: Excellent condition - no scratches/chips/cracks This piece has been chosen to be listed based on its quality, condition and aesthetic appeal.
