This game comes case and disc only. There is no manual unfortunately. I have personally resurfaced, buffed and polished the disc and it puts looking super clean. Game has been tested and works beautifully without any issues whatsoever. However there is some wear from age at the center of the disc shown in PHOTO 10. Also there was a tiny crack, but I have repaired the disc and it is fully functional. This is the last of it's kind and this game is deadstocked. There aren't many of these left.
