This is a great vintage 90's woman Hooded indian long Sleeve Jacket Coat. The jacket is from the brand utex 50 brand. This jacket is extremely comfortable and incredibly cozy,  which makes it ideal for those cold fall and winter days. The jacket has two adjustable straps by the waist band, two front 6in. side pockets.  A 25in zipper that zips up properly all the way up to the collar, and most importantly the outer shell is 100% cotton. while the inner lining is 100% polyester. The Jackets Length: retail 27in Sleeve length: 21½in Shoulder to shoulder: 24in. There are no tares, holes, or foul odor.  dry clean is advised.  Pictures are provided above.
