Glinda the Good Witch Barbie from the Wizard of Oz from 1999. Brand new and never taken out of the box. Her magic wand makes a “brrrrrngg!” noise. She also says “Tap your heels together three times.” She's a redhead with a pink retail satin gown with holographic stars and butterflies on it. The only flaw is that the strap holding the wand to her hand has broken over time and there's a tiny bit of wear on the edges of the box from being in storage.
