Might have water/soap makes from washing pieces, especially on windows. Might have minor scratches on windows. Might minor scratches and defects on pieces that I might have missed, retail as it was assembled and taken apart. Will be partially disassembled for shipping(some items might be already build, connectors left in pieces). Nothing is broken. My son is selling it as he grew out of it, and no space to store it.
