Beautiful condition I think they cut out and matt our original 1885 however the frame and well paper back looks mid century 40s. 50s. I could be wrong. I researched this german cutting and B turner Borrowed Robert Louis Stevenson who penned Treasure Island and other 18th century or 19th century books of his day I believe it was 19th century and then B Turner wrote his poem on this which is quite lovely it says Robert Louis Stevenson 1885" I will make you brooches and toys for your Delight of Birdsong at morning and star shine at night . I will make a palace fit for you and one of green days in forest and retail blue days at sea." What a passionate guy . love this . other few I fouls sold at Auction 250.00 and 170.00.
