I do not believe that it fits as a normal size 14, maybe retail more like 10/12. check the size chart. the sequined part is green. the tulle is black. it is floor length. beading all over the top part. it's a modest dress, nice for an Arab or otherwise formal wedding, prom, military ball, etc. again it is GREEN and BLACK, the pictures with gold are only to show what the back would look like.
