Waist - approx 14"-18" when stretched Bust - In the last photo the top of the ruler is where a standard armpit seam and bust line usually sits (10-12 inches below the shoulder), so there is plenty of room there. Cute little retail flower buttons No size but somewhere around a M-L based on the waist. The arm bands look like maybe they have been modified. Or maybe that's how they are meant to be.
