The iPad has been engraved and there is stickers and/or sticker residue on retail the back. See Pictures of condition. The screen may have slight wear or scratches but overall good condition. The iPad powers on, charges, connects to Wifi, cameras work, is not iCloud locked, and can download apps. The iPad Mini 2 can only update to iOS 12 so not all modern apps can be installed.
