85% complete, 2001 hasbro GI Joe Headquarters base, missing top platform, front entrance walkway piece, a peg for one side of the fold out base, and a couple different small rocket launchers. The lights and sounds work. The springs on the blow off doors/ parts may retail need a bit of oil, but they still work, they just have trouble clicking into place due to age. No cracks or discolorations, only some minor dust from storage, could use a cleaning. Overall a very rare and limited release item from an era now long gone. It's completely compatible with all original headquarters base parts, just a different more realistic color render.
