Good condition, has cosmetic scratches on the shell and someone's initials on it for some reason, haha. It works great and looks great, the only issue I have found is that Start button must be pressed firmly to work but it does work. Other than that, all buttons work normal and are responsive. The scratches on the shell and pushing start firmly are the only issues I have ever retail noticed but it works great otherwise. No game included. Any questions, just ask.
