Product Name: Laptop with defect retail Acer Swift 1 14in
Laptop with defect Acer Swift 7 Exterior and look is great but power shuts off and cannot find out when and why Purchased from Walmart.com and did not use for awhile but then when using it (but after the return period) I noticed this laptop seems to ACT like it is working great but after approximately an hour of sometimes a little longer, it will just randomly shut down! You can turn it back on but its very annoying A local computer tech could not figure out why it did that - I am in the process of doing a factory reset so it can be ready for someone else but again this is a nice laptop but w/a very annoying defect so this would be ideal for a person who likes to problem solve OR knowns how to fix issue Windows retail Home 11 per settings.
