Maker is retail Whitehead and Hoag. Union was formed in 1881 and established in 1900. Dock, Pier, Wharf, and Breakwater Builder's Local Union No. 1929 I.B. of C and J. Of A. Cleveland, Ohio This would make a great addition to anyone's collection. Condition: On ribbon the thread is loose by the pin on the left. Medal have tarnish on the left side. Wear on the ribbon near the bottom right side front. A couple metal tassels have damage. On back the Breakwater Builder's wording is rubbed off from wear. I listed any condition issues I saw. If you have any questions or need more pictures please feel free to ask. I got this item from a great Aunt. I believe this may be from her husband's family. Please look at pictures.
