D E T A I L S A 1940s inspired peplum dress with a fold over surplice neckline that dips into a v. Features short cap sleeves, elastic waist with matching tie belt and an a-line skirt. Comes in a navy blue color with large red and white flowers. Made from a very lightweight, super sheer chiffon polyester. Brand Anntics No size tag - please refer to measurements for accurate fit. C O N D I T I O N Great vintage condition but the elastic waist is pretty stretched out but does still have a little stretch. Also a small snag in the skirt. Shown in photos.
