Rare mixed mineral crystal cluster of rosasite and calcite on a limonite matrix from the famous Ojuela mine in Mapimi, Durango Mexico. This extra large sized display piece is highly aesthetic with incredibly color banding contrast. Rosasite is a rare Copper zinc carbonate hydroxide that crystallizes in amazing turquoise to to blue-green to aqua blue fibrous spheres, botryoidal shapes and druzy crystals. This specimen has clusters of rosasite throughout and it's accented with lustrous clear calcite crystals adding even more sparkle on the red / orange limonite matrix.
