Device is non functional, when powered on it 'pops'. Looks to have some work done prior to as the shoulder buttons don't match which was was not done by me. Could be an easy fix but I don't have time to look into it. It's in good solid shape, seller told me it likely has a top IPS panel, but I cannot confirm that. It does need a replacement battery as it's bulging severely. Selling the console as is for parts. No returns accepted as it's being sold for parts.
