This item is a beautiful Victorian era mourning locket that is gold filled (tested 14k) withe black enamel, a foral design, and a seed pearl in the center of one of the flowers. It is in good working condition with minimal fading except for one part of the enamel has worn off. Tgere is also a small crack on the back side of the locket, as pictured. It is a medium/ large size about 1 3/4 inches not including the bail. There are two really cool black and white photos inside retail, probably a couple or the original owners parents. The inner glass is in tact. I have seen lockets that look exactly the same that were said to be solid 14k. I cannot guarantee this, but it is a possibility.
