One Super Mario Adventures with Luigi Starter Course building kit collectible 71387. One Super Mario Luigi's Mansion Entryway Expansion Set 71399. One Super Mario Luigi Manson Lab and Poltergeist Expansion Building Set 71397. All sets come with all original pieces and retail characters. These sets do not come with actual paper instructions, even if you buy them brand new. In order to use and put together, you must download the Super Mario app. Batteries will not be included for the Mario or Luigi. These sets do come from a smoking home but all pieces (without electronic components) will be soaked and washed before shipping.
