CIB retail and comes with a case and 8 GB SD card upgrade. There are very minor signs of wear that I have a difficult time perceiving in direct lighting but they are there (a little wear on the stick pad and small scuffs on the back). Otherwise, it gives the appearance of a brand new unit. The box itself has many signs of wear as seen in the photos. Everything functions as it should. The manual, AR cards and charger are included.
