Measured 9" on the bottom, 7"H and 4"W retail. Handles are 4" from the top of the bag, adjustable strap is 48" smallest length (will be great crossbody for any figure size). Bag was used few times, no any signs of wearing or damage, comes in great, "like new" condition from smoke free home.
