Fabulous Art Deco era Noritake Morimura porcelain pedestal centerpiece bowl. Finished by hand in brilliant purple and orange lusterware glaze with black handles, the interior is decorated with a black and white geometric band at the edge of the lip. Truly a gorgeous piece with dazzling unforgettable colors that compliment one another perfectly. Standing approximately 5” in height, the 8.25” diameter bowl measures 10” from handle to handle and is in beautiful vintage condition. Very slight wear is seen on the bottom of the interior, otherwise no chips, cracks, crazing, prior repairs, or other compromising imperfections are found. The retail Noritake Morimura hallmark is on the bottom of the base. Wear is commensurate for age and history of gentle display use.
