And two felt cupcakes on the lapel. Satin lined. The dress and shell of the jacket is a cotton woven fabric. This is a very well-made set. Since it is custom-made there is no size tag or care instructions. The fabric does not have stretch. However the elastic band in the dress provides some stretch in those areas. Both pieces are in very good condition with no wash wear .no staining. In my opinion fits as a woman's small.
