There are some very minor nicks to some edges and I have not used a screen protector on it for some time so the screen may have some small scuffs, but if so they aren't really noticeable. Included will be the original box including all original items except charger. CHARGER NOT INCLUDED. S-Pen included as well retail as 2 sets of extra nibs. 3 official Samsung Cases are included: the Alcanatra Cover, Protective Cover with built in kickstand, and Ultra Slim cover. The last has a crack in the bottom corner but is still very usable. SIM CARD NOT INCLUDED. Device will arrive fully charged, factory reset and ready for activation on the Verizon Network.
