Mark on bottom is hard to read, but says The Cellar Handpainted and Made in Italy Exclusively for FPS (?). Then a year and New York address. Very thick and heavy. Good used condition. Some minor glaze imperfections typical of hand painted art pottery. No noted cracks. Please study the photos as they are a big part of the description.
