It is in beautiful condition and ready to wear! It has a slight musty smell but it is not strong at all. The house it was in was very clean but had lots of old stuff! Measurements lying flat: 19" at empire waist line/16" across chest/52" length. It is marked Size 5, but in modern day sizing, it would probably be more like a 2. Let me know if you have questions!.
