This early nineteen-hundreds speaker pair is 9 in to the edges of the surround. The surround is made of leather and it looks great on one of them but has extensive cracks but no separation on the other. When I tap the cone of the speakers it still sounds crisp. The backs of the speakers has rust covering the whole thing. The wires seem to be in good shape. One speakers voice coil measures 1.7 ohms while its field coil measures 6.94 kilo ohms. The other speakers voice coil measures 1.4 ohms and its field coil measures 6.87 kilo ohms. No other testing has been performed. They weigh 20 pounds on their own and will be packed super well to protect the cone. retail These were made in 1929 and included in the RCA radiola 46. These two speakers came from two different radiola 46 units.
