Used condition. Buttons, joystick, camera, internet connection, touch, 3D function, sound, microphone, card slot, and SD slot all tested to work without issue as pictured. Charger and stylus included. The games and memory cards pictured on screen were used for testing and are not included. This was a Japanese console that I performed a region swap on retail. NO RETURNS. I'm a small seller and can't afford to ship items back and forth because of second thoughts, so please be sure that you want the item before bidding. Some of these items have been repaired from broken condition. The pictures and video document that the above testing has been performed successfully, and I pack carefully--if it breaks after it arrives to you, it's not my responsibility.
