I think someone with some experience can fix that by taking apart or taking to someone to fix it. Some slight tarnish on top part of brass or a small spot of sticker residue it may be. see pictures. Cord is in good shape so is plug. It's approximately 8” H and 3.25” D at base retail. Please review all pictures. Vintage item. The Crystal is clear and brilliant in good condition. No chips nicks or flea bites. Signed Waterford near back. No bulb or shade. Reasonable offers will be considered. Shipped UPS Ground.
