This set is 100% complete (without box or instructions) but is being sold as-is for the following reason: a few (see photos) pieces have a small amount of glue or other adhesive on them. To be clear, the vast majority of this set was NOT glued, but for some reason (an attempted MOC), a small number of pieces were. These pieces are all extremely common and can be replaced, or used as-is. I have not made any attempts to remove the glue whatsoever. It might be super easy, I am just not going to try. If you want to remove the glue (or don't care), or have replacement parts, this is retail a great chance to get one of Architecture's rarest sets!.
