This is the Microsoft Surface 2, which is essentially a mix between a tablet and a laptop, however, this device cannot download any programs (.exe files) online, and can only download apps from the Windows Store. The Surface 2 is currently running Windows RT, which is a version of Windows 8. This product comes with BOTH the tablet and the keyboard as well, which is an add-on and normally is not included with the tablet. The keyboard itself does not have to be charged, since it connects to the tablet via the magnetic strip on the back. I will also include the charger for the tablet as well in the purchase.
