Product Name: Vintage 1970s Halter Maxi retail Dress with Attached Capelet.
Pastel retail blue and white with cornflower blue lace trim. Pink, green, and blue nature like print throughout. Back zipper - Talon brand. No brand, size, or fabric tag - feels to be polyester. Allows for very little stretch. Good vintage condition - no rips, snags, or pilling to note. Has been hemmed to be about 2" shorter all the way around - can be let out so blue lace trim can show. Appears to be a small spot of discoloration near collar - pictured. I didn't notice it until looking it over several times, so I don't think it would be an issue when wearing.
