I used it for a few weeks and the prior owner took great care of it as well. Top zipper, double handles, detachable adjustable strap, the zipper has never been closed… I just flap the top down. It may need a little soap or oil to move/close. This retail bag is amazing (even my husband commented on the quality-and he could care less about fashion)! Lol Come with dust bag too!!!!
