Interior in excellent condition, exterior in good condition. *This bag is NOT new or like-new* Lock, zippers, logo, backpack straps all in excellent shape, there are a couple small black marks on the outside (see pictures- I assume they can be removed with professional products, I just haven't tried yet). Slight wear in a couple spots but nothing that really stands out big time. Handles, like most of these well preloved bags, needed some help with edge kote and sealant, but now they'll last you. I'd say this is a perfect bag for festivals, concerts, day trips, going out at night- where it has been preloved but plenty of life left retail to shine. From pet and smoke free home / no odor.
