Just like the old doctor's bag, you can see and get what you need quickly, but Coach's version has much more classic elegance, in addition to being sturdy and practical. Style 6755 is larger than earlier Madison Satchels and it comes with a crossbody/shoulder strap. Both upgrades to me. As for the condition, the bag doesn't look to have been used much. The leather, however, has an unusual grained look that might be from the leather processing. There is also a darkened area in the back and a lighter spot on the bottom. The interior is very clean.
