This 3DS is in functional condition with a few flaws. Firstly, there is light shadowing and yellowing near the top and sides of the top screen. Second, the 3D slider is broken, so you cannot turn 3D mode off, however, you can still set it to the lowest setting to make it less noticable. The bottom cover also slightly bulges due to a previous swollen battery, which has been replaced. Lastly, there is a small dent in the top screen which isn't very noticable either. Other than that, no issues with the device. I have cleaned the console prior to listing it. This is a Japanese console with the region set to USA and language is English. This also means that you cannot access the eShop, but hShop is installed. There are hundreds of games installes on the device, with luma custom firmware.
