Native American made, sterling silver,turquoise and coral watchband. 40 millimeters at the widest, the stretch part is 2 1/2 inches long. It's stamped HMIJ, and has a number 8. The initials stand for “Hand Made Indian Jewelry,” retail and was sold by the Gilbert Ortega, jewelry stores. The inlay is typical of a style first used in the 1970's. It takes crumbled turquoise and, or coral and inlays it with epoxy, before being ground and polished flat. It's a hands piece.
