Shawl Collar Lapel; 15 shiny smooth black buttons down the front, double belt loops and a black velvet belt (simple closure no holes or prongs), bias cut full skirt with 1 kick pleat in back at natural waist; kimono/ batwing/ dolman/ drop-sholder, elbow-length sleeves with an outstanding cuff - the cuff at its wides is 4 inches and tacked to the back of the sleeve, (the smallest with of the cuff is 2 inches). The Black and Gold taffata shines in a way that makes the dress glow gold. The jacquard fabric runs horizontally, however, through clever constuction and design, the stripes play and move on the body with a visually stunning result.
