Phone appears to have water damage or an issue with the screen at least. Judging from appearance I think it is water damage. I have not opened up the phone to check internals. The frame and back glass are in good condition, no cracks/heavy scratching. I was able to reset the phone myself, touch and the Touch ID are still working but is subject to change due to possible water damage. Phone is factory reset, network unlocked, and no iCloud.
