Fabulous and rare, working, vintage gold plate, porcelain, mechanical CONSUL Swiss, hidden watch locket necklace. Swiss watch brand based at La Chaux-de-Fonds. The textured, and dimensional gold plate, mid-century locket pendant designer watch case measures 1 1/4" w/stem x 1" x 1/4" deep. On both sides is a Midnight Blue Porcelain Enamel with a floral gold etched fan circle array center. A spectacular floral and bead design frames the edges of the locket. Watch Locket has a strong spring hinge. When Locket opens the CONSUL WATCH appears. The silver pearl watch face has fancy black hour hands and Roman Numerals. A perfectly clear crystal covers the watch face. Watch stem sets time and winds easily. The gold plate cable chain measures 26" x 1/16" and has a secure spring-ring clasp.
