Arches is the best watercolor paper I have ever heard of. It is definitely artist / professional quality. This listing is for two pads with 20 sheets each (so 40 sheets total). They are both unopened and still in their original plastic sealing. It is 100% cotton, cold pressed, made in France, 140lb / 300 gsm. (if you're not familiar with artist paper, that measurement confuses me, but basically it means that this paper is a good thickness for wet mediums. It does not mean that the pad weighs 140lbs lol.) It works great for watercolours but also for gouache paint, acrylic painting, ink… any wet mediums. I bet alcohol ink would work great on this paper! This stuff is expensive but it's amazing quality. It's not something I use like a sketchbook or retail give to the toddlers I babysit for their art, I save it for my creative masterpieces haha. Let me know if you have questions!
