**I bought these just over a year ago. I just got them back from Apple a few days ago because the airpods were having some issues and they were Apple's fault, so they completely replace the left and right airpods. So, they are basically brand new. They sound wonderful and look brand new. I just want the money 2nd generation. The case retail is in good condition and had been in a case it's whole life. No major scratches in the case, just minor ones. Absolutely no scratches in the airpods since they are new. I have the original box for the case and it come with everything i bought them brand new with.**.
