This is a brand new in retail the box play set. It has never been removed from the box. This is a vintage toy, not available in stores, only through resale. This would be considered dead stock. It's a funny story, this was actually purchased as a Christmas gift for my son when he was a toddler. He's now 15. We recently cleaned out my father in law's house and found this wrapped in a closet, so it's been stored in a pet and smoke free home for years. When we did some research on it we found that it's no longer available and sells really high NIB. We're pricing this far below what it would cost to buy the dead stock from Walmart or Amazon, if you can even find one.
